If we think you could be a good fit for us, we will schedule a group interview with you. You will be interviewed together with a few other candidates because we want to see how you interact in a group, not only how you respond to questions. - Background Check
If you convinced us during the interview, we will perform a background check amongst references from your CV. If all is okay, we will agree on a probation period which is mutual.
