We are looking for a teacher Monday-Friday 8am-4pm to join our diverse and motivated team in Paje
Your Duties
- teaching 3-6 year old kids how to read and write with our interactive approach (we'll show you)
- playing boardgames with the kids (we'll show you too)
- doing creative activities with the kids (can be anything you love, cooking, dancing, arts, papercraft, roleplaying, theatre, woodwork, ...)
- spend time with kids to bond with them and interact with them
- attending teammeetings, writing reports, talking to parents
What you need to excel
we are not looking for a traditional in-front-of-class teacher in fact, you don't even need to be a teacher by profession, as long as you have experience with kids, are creative, and curious to learn new ideas, that's enough. Instead, it's more important that you bring the following:
- experience working with kids
- natural authority to have kids listen to you
- leadership style without punishment/reward, but authenticity and consequences
- some skills which make you interesting for children (can be anything)
- confident to speak English with kids

Application Questions
apart from personal data like name and age, the following free-response questions are part of the application form:

We want to see whether you are aware of the skills and knowledge needed for working with children. |
| 5 | What motivates you to join our team? |
It can be a plenty of different reasons and motivations. |
| 6 | Why should we pick you? What strengths do you bring to the team? |
